On April 12, the Chinese Embassy in Malta published an article "China Further Streamlines Payment  for International Visitors" in the Times of Malta, introducing a series of measures recently launched by China to facilitate the bank account opening, registration and binding of overseas bank cards, mobile payments, foreign currency exchange and the use of cash for international visitors, and linked the English version of the "Guide to Payment Services in China" issued by the People's Bank of China to help international visitors access various payment services in China.
